Copacabana, Lago Titicaca & Isla del Sol
Copacabana located on the Bolivian side of the Titicaca lake is a nice but quite touristy village. The Titicaca lake is the highest commercially navigable lake in the world (3.800m above sea level). We stayed in Copacabana for two nights and visited the Isla del Sol which is the Inca creation side and the birthplace of the sun in Inca mythology.

La Paz
La Paz is the highest capital city in the world. At 3.600 to 3.900 meters above sea level even taking off your shoes makes you breath like a granny. Besides of that, La Paz is unique because it is completely surrounded by mountains and houses seem to climb these impossible walls as if it was normal to build them in such unreal places. We had a great time in La Paz, partied and met very nice fellow travellers from all over the world, each with an other amazing story to tell.
