Is there a better way to celebrate new year's eve than on Uruguay's Punta del Este beaches? Considering that on this part of the world temperatures during this time of the year easily reach 30 degrees the answer would be probably "no". Visiting some friends at this beautiful south American holiday destination, well known for attracting the famous and rich, was a fantastic experience. We stayed here for a few days and nights before continuing our journey to Argentina.
